Behind the walls..........
People are quick to locate easy dumping zones a little away from their residences. One such zone is the 17th E Cross, a lane leading from the back of Koramangala Club to the 80 feet road. There is a vacant plot lying on the opposite side of the road. This makes it a dumping paradise as there is no one to oppose such a move. Thus garbage is being dumped on the road adjoining the walls of Koramangala Club and yet the civic authorities have not taken any note of the fact that a proper waste collection system is lacking in the area. There are no proper garbage collection or disposal points. Vexed by lack of such basic civic amenities the people tend to take their easy way out leading to such a disturbing area in a usually neat and healthy neighborhood.
